Too often we see farmers complain about problems that Zynga is aware of and is working on but as with most cases the squeakiest wheel gets the cheese.

FB Changes Feed....

Finally reflecting what FB uses really want.. the developers have restored the option of sorting your newsfeed to show all your most recent stories.

This change is possibly whats been affecting farmers ability to post?

Unable to Post??

For months many farmers have experienced issues with posting items and requests. Often this can be fixed by basic means such as refreshing or clearing cache n cookies but for an increasing number of farmers this is no longer working.

Here are some tips we hope will help until Z resolves the issue:

1. Test your ability to post prior to posting "important" items or requests by opening the market stall and try posting a bushel, if it fails refresh and try again.

2. Allow your farm to completely load before posting

3. Try switching farms, if you need the item on the LHC try loading home farm 1st and then switching back to cove.

4. Use the links provided in our guides at http://kellysfarmville.blogspot.com/ to request needed mission items.

5. Utilize the newsfeed, take advantage of neighbors posts to collect needed items. If you give one, you'll get one.

6. Send gifts rather than requests. Rather than requesting the item from them. if you gift to neighbors your gift will often be returned.

Fairy Zebra harvesting - Known Issue!

Many farmers are now noticing the issues involving the new Fairy Zebra. A level 1 star mastery is required to complete the last stage of Fairy Hollow quests, Problem..  the Fairy Zebra is a 3 day harvest, needs to be harvested 5 times and cant be placed in any of the breeding pens. 

this means that within the time allotted for the quest it is currently IMPOSSIBLE to achieve this goal without using insta-grow or otherwise paying FC to complete.

this is a KNOWN ISSUE and reports are that Zynga "may" change requirements

Flash Crashing?

Many are still having issues with their flash players crashing or loading slow...we've determined much of this is due to the recent addition of the "trick's" being played by neighbors. Because of this it's benifitial to clean your neighbors tricks as often as possible.

to clean neighbors tricks... select either the visiting friend or the effected item and select "clean up". don't use the "clean up all" feature as it seems to put many OOS...

Shockwave Update

Many farmers have been experiencing slow loads or crashing of their flash players.. severely complicating the farmville experience. Adobe has made several recent updates to their Shockwave Flash Player and may need to be manually updated to improve performance...

Zynga Live Chat Support

1. Open www.farmville.com 

2. Click on Support(Bottom of farmville page) 

3. After clicking on Support, you will be connected to zynga support.. 

4. Now copy this link- http://zynga.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/p/402/c/28/pb/1 

5. Paste it in your browsers address bar on the zynga support page. 

6.You may be taken away from page or redirected...clicking your browsers back button should return you to the support page with the newly added chat option.

You will be connected to zynga Live chat..

Contacting Zynga E-Mail Support

It seems the "support" button is no longer available at the bottom of your farm page. Hopefully the method here will work for farmers.
